The Specification To prepare the specification we will make an
initial visit to discuss your cleaning requirements and will then draw
up a draft specification for your approval. This specification will be
unique to your Company and will list all your cleaning requirements and
their frequency (ie daily, weekly, monthly). A meeting will then be
arranged to discuss any necessary amendments.
Flexibility You may find during the course of the year that you
have other one off cleaning requirements which could not be foreseen,
for example cleaning up after building alterations. The extra cleaning
can be provided at an hourly rate which will be agreed at the outset of
The Contract We are so confident that you will be happy with
our service that we do not ask you to commit to a lengthy contract. Our
only requirement is that you sign a Specification and Price Agreement.
This price will not change for 12 months, after which we will usually
quote you a new price allowing an increase for inflation, or
alternatively we will discuss a new Specification if you prefer.
During the course of the 12 month period either party is free to give 1 calendar month's notice without any further penalty.
Payment Terms During the course of the contract you will be
invoiced at the end of each month (for that month's cleaning) for
settlement by you within 30 days from the invoice date.
