We can offer a flexible specification to suit your budget, and together with our many years of experience, can suggest ways in which you can achieve a good standard of cleaning at a reasonable cost. Cleaning services can be provided on a daily or weekly basis - or at a frequency to suit you, including coronavirus surface decontamination services. Your on-site cleaner can also provide a stock control service for all your janitorial needs eg toilet rolls, hand towels, soap, bin liners, black sacks etc  Additionally, we can provide a hard floor maintenance programme, together with regular carpet cleaning and window cleaning. Larger contracts will have their own Site Supervisor and an Area Manager will visit each site regularly to ensure that high standards are being maintained.

All our cleaners are trained using BISCs Standards to ensure your cleaner is using the most up to date methods to achieve our high standards. We also can provide a variety of high-quality professional cleaning products that are not available on the High Street.

• We will contact you to arrange a viewing by an Area Supervisor
• Area Supervisor will attend your offices and carry out and assessment with you to ensure you get the best service and price.
• After Head office has received a report from your Area Supervisor you will be sent quotation. The price quoted will be fixed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Our staff will then find the right cleaner/s for you and confirm a start date.
• Our staff will draw up a cleaning schedule for your approval. This will ensure all tasks are completed by cleaners.
• Our contracts are only fixed for 30 days. Therefore, if your unsatisfied with our service we have 30 days to find a suitable solution or the contract is terminated at your request. This means we are always striving to maintain our great service and reputation.
• Our cleaner will then start and are monitored by the Area Supervisor who will be on hand if you have any concerns or complaints.
• You will then have a designated cleaner. Metro Cleaning will arrange cover for holidays and sickness so that your cleaning standards are kept high.

• all janitorial consumables replenished
• all dishwashers loaded and run

Weekly cleaning tasks

• all furniture/surfaces polished
• all refrigerators cleaned
• all microwaves cleaned

Month cleaning tasks

• all skirting boards dusted
• all toilets / sanitary ware descaled
• all telephones sanitized
